Wealth Leadership

A different perspective on women, wealth and leadership.

I help organisations turn the largest wealth transfer in history into a generation of women leading all forms of capital.

Through speaking and strategic advisory, I help wealth firms, family offices and purpose-led organisations attract and engage female clients, advance female leadership and prepare for what comes next.

Where capital goes,
the future grows.

From wealth ownership
to wealth leadership.

The largest transfer of wealth in history is underway. Women are becoming owners of capital on an unprecedented scale.

But ownership alone does not determine what happens next.

Wealth Leadership is the ability to consciously create, allocate and steward capital in alignment with values, purpose and vision. Not simply holding wealth, but claiming the authority to direct it.

The landscape
has already shifted.

01

The Great Wealth Transfer

An estimated £5.5–7 trillion will pass between generations in the UK over the next 30 years. Across the EU and US, women are expected to control 40–45% of retail financial assets by 2030. This is not simply a transfer of ownership. It is a transfer of economic agency.

02

The Perception Gap

Advisers expect to retain 62% of women clients following bereavement or divorce. Only 34% of women say they would remain. That 28-point difference is the Female Client Perception Gap: what firms believe women experience, and what women say they need, are not the same thing.

03

Women as Capital Allocators

Where women direct capital, they decide which ideas get backed, which companies grow, and what kind of future gets built. This is not only who holds the wealth. It is what gets funded differently when they do.

Women, Leadership & Progression

Why do talented women still leave, stall or step back, even in organisations that say they are committed to their progression? The cost is not only their careers. It is the wealth, capital and influence they never lead.

02

Women, Wealth & Client Relevance

Wealth is changing hands. Is the client experience built for who is holding it now?

I have sat on all sides of the table.
Now I am bringing women to it.

Institutional fund manager. Director. Founder. Investor. Capital raiser. Board adviser. Coach.

That combination is rare. It means she can read a balance sheet, a boardroom and a woman’s hesitation in the same conversation, and know which one is actually the problem.

Behaviour rarely changes because people receive more information. It changes because people begin to see themselves differently.
